Abstract:
A filling-free artificial turf, comprising straight wires (1). Rubber particles (2) are installed at the lower ends of the straight wires (1). A rubber cushioning layer (3) is installed at the lower ends of the rubber particles (2). The rubber particles (2) are directly installed on the rubber cushioning layer so that the step of filling a turf with particles is eliminated after the turf is laid. A non-woven fabric layer (4), a base fabric layer (5), an adhesive layer (6), and an asphalt layer (7) are installed at the lower end of the rubber cushioning layer (3) in sequence. A water tank (8) is provided inside the asphalt layer (7). One end of the water tank (8) is provided with a drain groove (9). The drain groove (9) has a certain slope so that water can flow into a first drain pipe (10) installed at the lower end. A connecting pipe (11) is installed at the lower end of the first drain pipe (10). A second drain pipe (13) is installed at one side of the connecting pipe (11). A second connecting pipe (14) is installed at one side of the second drain pipe (13). A water tank drain pipe (12) is installed at one end of the second connecting pipe (14). A water sealing port (15) is installed on the upper end of the water tank drain pipe (12). The turf does not need to be filled with rubber particles and can drain water quickly.
