Abstract:
A film affixing apparatus (100), used for affixing a film to a workpiece (300). The film affixing apparatus (100) comprises a workpiece feeding apparatus (20), a film material feeding apparatus (40), and a laminating apparatus (60). The workpiece feeding apparatus (20) comprises a workpiece conveyor belt (23) driving the movement of the workpiece (300) and an electric control box (25). The film material feeding apparatus (40) comprises a film carrying belt (41) provided above the workpiece conveyor belt (23) and a positioning sensor element (48) electrically connected to the electric control box (25). The laminating apparatus (60) comprises an indenter (61) provided above the film carrying belt (41) and a driving mechanism (65) driving the movement of the indenter (61). The driving mechanism (65) is electrically connected to the electric control box (25). The workpiece conveyor belt (23) drives the workpiece (300) to be affixed with a film material to move towards the film material feeding apparatus (40). When the positioning sensor element (48) senses the workpiece (300) to be affixed with the film material is moved to directly opposite a film material (414) on the film carrying belt (41), the positioning sensor element (48) transmits a sensing signal to the electric control box (25), and the electric control box (25) controls the driving mechanism (65) to drive the indenter (61) to move and to press the film carrying belt (41), thus affixing the film material (414) to the workpiece (300) to be affixed with the film material.
