Abstract:

A film capacitor characterized in comprising a first film and a second film that are wound so as to overlap each other, and a first vapor deposition electrode and a second vapor deposition electrode that are formed by metal vapor deposition; the second vapor deposition electrode being provided with a width-direction slit part that crosses laterally in the width direction of the second vapor deposition electrode, a separated electrode that is separated by said width direction slit part, and a lengthwise-direction slit part extending in the lengthwise direction of the second vapor deposition electrode in a non-effective electrode region that is separated from the effective electrode region in the width direction of the second vapor deposition electrode; and the separated electrodes being provided with: a first fuse part spanning across the lengthwise-direction slit part, and a second fuse part spanning across the width direction slit part, it being possible for the second fuse part to be blown by a current lower than that of the first fuse part.
