Abstract:
This film capacitor is provided with, on one surface of a first film, a first vapor-deposited electrode that is formed of an aluminum-containing layer and a center insulating margin on which an aluminum-containing layer is not formed. The film capacitor is also provided with, on one surface of a second film, a second vapor-deposited electrode that is formed of an aluminum-containing layer and an end insulating margin on which an aluminum-containing layer is not vapor-deposited. A region in which the light transmittance is 30%-80% is formed in a dimension of 0.5 mm or less at the boundary between the first vapor-deposited electrode and the center insulating margin, and a region in which the light transmittance is 30%-80% is formed in a dimension of 0.5 mm or less at the boundary between the second vapor-deposited electrode and the end insulating margin.
