Abstract:
According to the present invention, a first deposition electrode is divided into an end electrode provided on one end side in the widthwise direction of a film surface, and a central electrode that is a part other than the end electrode, by means of a longitudinal slit part in which no electrode is present and which extends in the longitudinal direction of the film surface, wherein the central electrode is divided into a plurality of division electrodes arranged in the longitudinal direction of the film surface, by means of a widthwise slit part which extends from the longitudinal slit part to the other end side of the film surface. In addition, the division electrodes are each connected to the end electrode via a fuse pattern provided on the longitudinal slit part. Furthermore, a second deposition electrode is an electrode which is not divided. Further, the film resistance value of the first deposition electrode becomes higher than that of the second deposition electrode.
