Abstract:
A film cutting device capable of cutting a film (fo) by rotating a rotary cutter relative to a fixed cutter (15) by means of the mutual action of blade tips (23) and (37), wherein the fixed cutter (15) formed in a generally triangular shape in cross section is formed of a sloped surface (15a) guiding the film on the upper surface (8a) of a suckingly conveying belt to the blade tip (23) and a recess (15b) of a generally V-shape in cross section, a vibration prevention hook suppressing the deformation of the blade tip (23) due to the toughness thereof is pressed against the recess, the blade tip (37) of the rotary cutter (16) is installed at an offset position, and both cutters (15) and (16) are installed in a cutter unit and fixed, after positioning, to the frame part of a packaging machine, whereby the mounting positions of both cutters can be adjusted before the cutter unit is installed in the film cutting device.
