Abstract:
A film forming method comprising: causing a workpiece (3), which has a plurality of non-mutually continuous parts (16c) on which a film is to be formed, and a nozzle (23d) of a cold spray device (2) to move relative to each other along a continuous movement track (MT) constituted from a track (T) facing the plurality of parts on which a film is to be formed and a connecting track (CT) for connecting the track (T) to the plurality of parts on which a film is to be formed, while continuously jetting a raw material powder from the nozzle; jetting the raw material powder by a cold spray method to each of the plurality of parts on which a film is to be formed; and forming a coating film; wherein a turning point (TP1) at which the relative speed of the workpiece and the nozzle decreases in the movement track is set on the connecting track.
