[Problem] To provide: a film for holding a metal layer, which enables molding in a wider temperature range, while preventing the occurrence of whitening or the like of a metal-toned molded body during the production of the metal-toned molded body with use of a metal-toned decorative sheet; a metal-toned decorative sheet intermediate; a metal-toned decorative sheet; a metal-toned molded body; and a method for producing a metal-toned molded body. [Solution] A film for holding a metal layer, which contains a thermoplastic resin that has a melting point of from 230°C to 250°C, while having transparency.
