Abstract:
This invention relates to a structure of film package for instant direct X-ray photographing used in the medical, dental, and industrial fields and to an instrument for adapting the structure to exhibit the function thereof, the structure comprising a light-shielding pack (15) in which a photosensitive layer (9), a treatment agent inflow stopper (16), an image receiving layer (5), and a film base (14) are arranged in succession and being characterized in that treatment agent containing pods (3) are arranged in series within one end side of the structure. The pod (3) is broken by pressing rollers (1), treatment agent is spread to the intermediate part between the photosensitive layer (9) and image receiving layer (5), and pigments move from the photosensitive layer (9) to the image receiving layer (5) as a result of diffusion transfer for forming an image. Such a structure as above minimizes environmental pollution incurred by a treatment agent and enables easy treatment outside a darkroom.
