This film-shaped firing material (1a) contains sinterable metal particles (10) and a binder component (20), wherein the average thickness of end parts (A) of the film-shaped firing material (1a) is at least 5% greater than the average thickness of a portion (B) excluding the end parts (A) of the film-shaped firing material (1a) when the average thickness of the portion excluding the end parts (A) of the film-shaped firing material (1a) is taken as 100%.
