Abstract:
This film with a light-transmitting conductive layer is provided with a film substrate and a light-transmitting conductive layer. The light-transmitting conductive layer and a heated light-transmitting conductive layer, which is the light-transmitting conductive layer after being heated at 80°C for 500 hours, are both amorphous. If Xa × 1019 (/cm3) is the carrier density of the light-transmitting conductive layer, Ya (cm2/V·s) is the hole mobility of the light-transmitting conductive layer, Xc × 1019 (/cm3) is the carrier density of the heated light-transmitting conductive layer, and Yc (cm2/V·s) is the hole mobility of the heated light-transmitting conductive layer, both formula (1) and formula (2) are satisfied.
