Abstract:
Provided are a film having little unevenness in thermal diffusivity and a composition capable of forming the film. The film comprises a resin (A) and a particulate cycloolefin-based polymer (B). In an image taken with a scanning transmission electron microscope of a thickness-direction section of the film, when a rectangular examination region having a dimension, along the thickness direction of the film, of t and a dimension, along a direction perpendicular to said thickness direction, of 1.5×t is set in any portion of the image [t indicates the smaller of 25×L (L indicates the average primary-particle diameter of the particulate cycloolefin-based polymer (B)) and the film thickness], the examination region is divided in the thickness direction into two equal portions and divided, in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction, into three equal portions to thereby obtain six squares, and the area of the particulate cycloolefin-based polymer (B) in each of the six squares is calculated, then the areas have a standard deviation of 20 or less.
