Abstract:
A filter apparatus and an application thereof to sample pretreatment in food safety testing. The filter apparatus comprises a filter suite and a collecting component (5). The filter suite comprises: a sample cylinder (1), the sampling cylinder (1) being a hollow cylindrical part and having an upper end opening and a lower end opening; and a filter net (4), the filter net (4) being provided in the upper end opening of the sample cylinder (1) and used for filtering a sample to be filtered placed on the filter net (4). The collecting component (5) is connected to the lower end opening of the sample cylinder (1) and used for collecting the liquid filtered by the filter net (4) into a test container. By using the filter apparatus, because solid-liquid separation can be implemented without using a centrifuge in a solid sample treatment process, costs and time are saved, and the requirements for field testing conditions during quick food safety testing are reduced.
