Abstract:
A filter-carrying micro plate comprising an upper container (41) having an opening (50)
used to pour a substance to be inspected, an upside packing (44) and a downside packing
(45) holding a filter (46), an intermediate container (42) that fits to the upper
container (41), has an opening (63) for allowing an inspection sample passed
through the filter (46) to pass therethrough, and clamping and holding the upside
packing (44) and the downside packing (45) between it and the upper container
(41), and a lower container (43) that has a reservoir (80) storing the inspection
sample and is held detachably to the intermediate container (42), wherein the
intermediate container (42) has a guide wall (64) suspending from the opening
(63) and provided at the lower end thereof with a lower opening (65), the reservoir
(80) provided to the lower container (43) houses the guide wall (64), the reservoir
(80) receives the inspection sample supplied via the filter (46) from lower opening
(65) in the guide wall (64), and further the lower container (43) has, in an expanded-diameter
slope (92) above it, an air vent (90) leading to the outside of the reservoir (80).
