A filter clamp and a water purifying apparatus. The filter clamp comprises a fixing plate (7), the fixing plate (7) being provided with a mounting surface (72) and a fixing surface (71) in an opposite arrangement, the fixing plate (7) being provided thereon with a through hole (4), and the fixing surface (71) being provided thereon with an engaging element (55); and a clamp body (1), the clamp body (1) comprising a connecting element (23) and a clamping element fixedly connected to the connecting element (23), the connecting element (23) being engaged with the engaging element (55) via the through hole (4), and the clamping element being used for clamping a filter and abutted against the mounting surface (72). When the filter clamp needs to be mounted, the connecting element (23) of the clamp body (1) is run through the through hole (4) and then engaged with the engaging element (55) on the fixing surface (71) of the fixing plate (7) to complete the process, thus significantly increasing the efficiency of mounting the filter clamp, reducing working hours for manual mounting, and finally achieving the goal of cost reduction.
