Abstract:
In order to suppress the occurrence of unnecessary electromagnetic coupling and the occurrence of the characteristic deterioration of an elastic wave filter because wiring patterns in the elastic wave filter configured from a plurality of resonators come to adjoin each other with the miniaturization of the elastic wave filter, along a plurality of wiring patterns disposed between a plurality of resonators such as an SAW and an FBAR which are disposed on a substrate and use an elastic wave, between the plurality of resonators and a ground terminal, between a resonator and an input terminal, and between a resonator and an output terminal, shield electrodes which adjoin and face the wiring patterns and preferably have a width wider than the wiring pattern width are disposed, thereby suppressing unnecessary electromagnetic coupling between the wiring patterns in the elastic wave filter caused by the miniaturization of the elastic wave filter, and preventing the characteristic deterioration of the elastic wave filter.
