Abstract:
Disclosed are a filter and a device comprising the same, the device comprising a filter and a plurality of pores arranged two-dimensionally on the filter. The plurality of pores arranged two-dimensionally may comprise a plurality of first pores structured such that the same are elongated in a predetermined direction and a second pore structured such that the same is elongated in a direction that is different from the direction of the first pores. The first and second pores may have a two-dimensional array that can suppress or prevent cracks resulting from stress.
