Abstract:
A filter device installable in a fuel tank in a proper state according to the shape of the fuel tank even if the shape of the fuel tank is complicated and a fuel tank unit. The filter device (20) is connected to the fuel suction port (18) of a fuel pump (12) installed in the fuel tank (100) and removes foreign matters from a fuel sucked from the fuel tank (100) into the fuel pump (12). The filter device (20) comprises a bag-like filter and a frame disposed in the filter and holding the filter in a prescribed shape. The filter device (20) is formed to be maintained in a bent state at at least one position even if a force does not act from the outside thereon.
