Abstract:
A filter device (100) comprises a dielectric substrate (110), an input terminal (T1), an output terminal (T2), a ground terminal (GND), a common electrode (PC), and resonators (RC1 to RC4). Each resonator is connected to the common electrode and the ground terminal. The resonators (RC3 and RC4) are disposed between the resonators (RC1 and RC2). Each resonator includes a capacitor, and a first via and a second via that are connected to the common electrode. The first via is connected to the ground terminal via the capacitor, and the second via is directly connected to the ground terminal. In the common electrode, a direction from the first via to the second via of the resonator (RC1) is opposite to a direction from the first via to the second via of the resonator (RC2). With regard to the resonators (RC3, RC4), a shortest path along the common electrode between the first vias intersects a shortest path along the common electrode between the second vias.
