Abstract:
Provided is a filter device with which it is possible to realize a broadband passband and suppress the degradation of filter characteristics. This filter device (2) comprises a filter substrate (2), and a ladder-type filter (30) mounted on the filter substrate (2). The filter (30) has a plurality of elastic wave resonators (S30, P30), and at least one inductor. The plurality of elastic wave resonators (S30, P30) include a series arm resonator (S30) and a parallel arm resonator (P30). The at least one inductor is connected to the plurality of elastic wave resonators (S30, P30). The pass-bandwidth of the filter (30) is wider than the resonance bandwidth of at least one of the plurality of elastic wave resonators (S30, P30). The series arm resonator (S30) has a first piezoelectric substrate (270). The parallel arm resonator (P30) has a second piezoelectric substrate (280) differing from the first piezoelectric substrate (270).
