Title:
FILTER DEVICE FOR REMOVING LIQUID PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/110921
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] Provided is a filter device for removing liquid particles, capable of removing liquid particles in gas flow without increasing flow path resistance. [Solution] This filter device for removing liquid particles includes a fluid removal flow path (22) for removing liquid particles by passing through liquid particle-entraining gas, and a gas introduction path (24) that introduces the liquid particle-entraining gas in a particle removal flow path (22). At least part of the peripheral wall defining the particle removal flow path is made of a water absorbing material (32), and the gas introduction path (24) introduces the liquid particle-entraining gas so that the liquid particle-entraining gas collides against the wall surface of the particle removal flow path made of the water absorbing material. By being collided with the liquid particle-entraining gas, the water absorbing material adsorbs liquid particles that are entrained by the gas.
