Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to discharge air accumulated in an internal space. An internal space is formed between a lid member and a filter case by the lid member covering the opening formed in the upper end of a filter case having an approximately bottomed cylindrical shape and having a filter element disposed therein. In the lid member, a bypass flow path allowing communication between the internal space and the external space is formed, and a relief valve, which is provided so as to be capable of moving between a position blocking the bypass flow path and a position opening said bypass flow path, has an air vent formed from a porous material.
