Abstract:
A filter device is provided which makes it possible to better observe a filtration target that remains in the filter. This filter device is provided with a filter which filters a filtration target contained in a fluid, and a holding member which holds the outer periphery of the filter. On one primary surface of the holding member, an annular protrusion is provided which protrudes in the thickness direction of the holding member and which configures a flow path of the fluid, and on the other primary surface of the holding member, a recess is provided which is recessed in the thickness direction of the holding member and which has an inner diameter greater than that of the protrusion. The filter is arranged inside of the protrusion of the holding member.
