Abstract:

A filter device is provided which can improve sealability of a flow path of a fluid. This filter device is provided with a first flow path-forming member forming a first flow path, inside which a fluid can flow, a second flow path-forming member forming a second flow path, inside which a fluid can flow, and a filter which is arranged across the first flow path or the second flow path and filters a filtration target contained in the fluid. A male screw part is provided in the first flow path-forming member, and a female screw part is provided in the second flow path-forming member. In a state in which the male screw part and the female screw part are screwed together so as to allow communication between the first flow path and the second flow path, the first flow path-forming member and the second flow path-forming member are configured to each have an inclined surface on the side closer to the first or second flow path than the male screw part and the female screw part; said inclined surface is inclined with respect to the direction in which the male screw part and the female screw part are screwed together, and the first flow path-forming member and the second flow path-forming member contact each other at said inclined surfaces.
