Abstract:
A filter having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface, said filter having a filter main body in which are provided a plurality of first through holes that penetrate the first main surface and the second main surface, and one or a plurality of second through holes that penetrate the first main surface and the second main surface and that are larger than the dimensions of the plurality of first through holes. The filter main body comprises a first region positioned to the center-side of the filter, a second region positioned to the outer peripheral-side of the filter relative to the first region and positioned to the center-side of the outer periphery of the filter, and a third region positioned between the second region and the outer periphery of the filter. The one or plurality of second through holes are provided to the second region. In the first main surface, the ratio of the aperture area taken up by the one or plurality of second through holes is smaller than the ratio of the aperture area taken up by the plurality of first through holes.
