Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to prevent air from accumulating between a first filter medium and a second filter medium. A filter element is provided with a first filter medium provided such that the center axis is substantially vertical and a second filter medium provided on the inside of the first filter medium. Through holes are formed in a first region, which is a band-shaped region in the vicinity of an upper end inside a first inner cylinder, and through holes are not formed in a second region outside of the first region.
