Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of filtering, and to a filter element, comprising a microporous membrane layer, and a first melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer and a second melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer located on both sides of the microporous membrane layer. A preparation method for the filter element comprises: compositing, by using a thermal compositing process, the first melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer and the second melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer on both sides of the microporous membrane layer in one step. A mask prepared using the filter element in the present invention can guarantee filtering efficiency of 95% or above and ventilation resistance as low as 70 Pa on average, and has excellent performances such as high filtering efficiency and low ventilation resistance. In addition, the mask can be reused after washing, thereby greatly saving resources.
