Abstract:
Disclosed is a basket-type filter for a ballast water treatment apparatus, the filter comprising: a filter element (330) provided in the interior; a suction arm (390) arranged along the inner central axis of the filter element; and one or more backwash nozzles (340) connected to the suction arm (390), wherein the backwash nozzle (340) is provided with a plurality of holes (350). According to the present invention, the backwash sea water flows in through each hole (350) of the backwash nozzles (340) at a high flow speed, thereby increasing the backwash effectiveness of the filter.
