Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filter having super water-repellent and super oil-repellent functions, and an apparatus for manufacturing same. The filter is characterized by the formation of: a glass fiber filter; a PTFE foam-coating layer obtained by foam coating, in a predetermined thickness, a PTFE foam-coating foaming solution on the surface of the glass fiber filter and drying same; a PTFE fiber layer obtained by electrospinning a solution, which contains PTFE and PVA, on the surface of the PTFE foam coating layer, so as to volatilize a PVA fiber, and attaching only a PTFE fiber thereto; and a PTFE powder layer obtained by spraying, through electrostatic spraying, the surface of the PTFE fiber-attached PTFE foam-coating layer, and then the curing of the PTFE foam-coating layer. The super water-repellent and super oil-repellent filter according to the present invention has excellent filter cleaning efficiency, and thus can be used as a filter for removing adhesive dust from industrial process exhaust gas.
