Abstract:
Provided is a filter holding device for maintaining a normal filter installation state, and increasing the position detection precision of a limit switch. A frame is provided with a guide path through which a filter passes, a limit switch for detecting the presence or absence of the filter, a stopper wall that is formed on the end of the guide path and that restricts the movement of the filter, and an inclined wall that is inclined so as to prevent the filter from floating and to lead the filter to the stopper wall side. The inclined wall is formed across the whole area in the width direction of the guide path, and prevents the filter from floating even if the filter were to bend in the width direction of the guide path due to oscillation or operation of the limit switch.
