Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filter having a plurality of filter holes that pass through one surface and the other surface thereof, wherein: each of the filter holes has a first opening in the one surface and a second opening in the other surface; the ratio (L1/W1) of the short-axis diameter W1 and the long-axis diameter L1 of the first opening is 1.00-1.20; the short-axis diameter W1 is 7.0-9.0 µm; the ratio (L2/W2) of the short-axis diameter W2 and the long-axis diameter L2 of the second opening is 1.00-1.20; and the ratio (W2/W1) of the short-axis diameter W1 and the short-axis diameter W2 and the ratio (L2/L1) of the long-axis diameter L1 and the long-axis diameter L2 both are 1.20-1.50.
