Abstract:

A filter (100), and a method for preparing the filter (100). The filter (100) comprises: a substrate (10); a series resonator (20), wherein the series resonator (20) comprises a first Bragg reflection layer (201) and a first piezoelectric transduction structure (202), which are sequentially stacked on the substrate (10); a parallel resonator (30), wherein the parallel resonator (30) comprises a second Bragg reflection layer (301) and a second piezoelectric transduction structure (302), which are sequentially stacked on the substrate (10), and the structure of the first Bragg reflection layer (201) is different from the structure of the second Bragg reflection layer (301); a series branch (C), wherein the series branch (C) comprises the series resonator (20), and the series branch (C) is coupled between a filter input end (Vi) and a filter output end (Vo); and a parallel branch (P), wherein the parallel branch (P) comprises the parallel resonator (30), and the parallel branch (P) is coupled between the series branch (C) and a common ground (Gnd). By means of the structure, the filtering performance of the filter (100) can be improved.
