Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of filters. Particularly provided are a filter, a multiplexer, a radio frequency front end, and a method for manufacturing the filter. The filter in the present application comprises a piezoelectric substrate provided with a recess; a plurality of resonators arranged on the piezoelectric substrate; pads, which comprise an input pad, an output pad and a ground pad; and traces used for connecting the pads to the plurality of resonators and located between the plurality of resonators, wherein at least one of the pads and/or at least one of the traces are/is arranged in the recess.
