Abstract:
The present application relates to a filter, a multiplexer, a radio frequency front-end module, and a preparation method for a filter. The filter comprises a substrate, a piezoelectric layer, a first lower electrode, a second lower electrode, a first upper electrode, a second upper electrode, a first wire and a first dielectric layer, wherein the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode are both arranged on the upper surface of the substrate; the piezoelectric layer covers the upper surfaces of the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode; the first upper electrode and the second upper electrode are both arranged on the upper surface of the piezoelectric layer; the first wire is located on the upper surface of the piezoelectric layer, and the orthographic projection of the first wire on the substrate is located between the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode, and one end of the first wire is connected to the first upper electrode, and the other end of the first wire is connected to the second upper electrode; and at least part of the first dielectric layer is located between the first wire and the substrate.
