Abstract:
A filter plate-type engine oil-gas separation device, comprising: a filter hole-type separation device and an initial separation device disposed at a mounting groove (101) in a cylinder head cover (100). The mounting groove (101) is opened with a gas inlet hole (102) used for receiving an oil and gas mixture in a crankcase. The mounting groove (101) is further provided with an exhaust hole (103) for discharging separated exhaust gas. The cylinder head cover (100), the filter hole-type separation device and the initial separation device are combined to form a curved oil and gas passage. The filter plate-type engine oil-gas separation device may accelerate the oil and gas mixture, separated oil droplets flow out by means of an oil return chamber, and the separation efficiency is high, which may meet China VI engine emission standards.
