Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a filter and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. The filter comprises a first substrate (100) and a second substrate (200) that are arranged opposite each other, and a connecting substrate (300) arranged between the first substrate (100) and the second substrate (200), wherein the first substrate (100) is provided with at least one first substrate electrode, the second substrate (200) is provided with at least one second substrate electrode, the connecting substrate (300) comprises at least a connecting base (30) and at least one electrically conductive column running through the connecting base (30) in a thickness direction, the electrically conductive column is provided with a first bump structure (51) at an end close to the first substrate (100), the conductive column is provided with a second bump structure (52) at an end close to the second substrate (200), and the connection between the first bump structure (51) and the first substrate electrode and the connection between the second bump structure (52) and the second substrate electrode are in a bonding manner.
