Abstract:
A filter screen, filtration pores (72) are opened in the filter screen. The filtration pore comprises a first recess (722) and a second recess (724) in communication with the first recess. The second recess penetrates the other surface of the filter screen, and the aperture of the second recess is greater than the penetrating length of the second recess. A coffee maker applying the filter screen comprises a cup body (10), a bottom cover (20), a foaming mask (30), and a filter sheet (40). The bottom cover is disposed at the bottom of the cup body, and a liquid outlet hole (22) is opened in the bottom cover. The foaming mask is disposed in the bottom cover, and a foaming hole (32) is opened in the foaming mask. The filter screen is disposed in the cup body and located above the foaming mask, and the filter sheet is disposed between the bottom cover and the foaming mask. And a manufacturing method of the filter screen. A mold for manufacturing the filter screen of the present application has low machining resistance, thereby greatly increasing the production efficiency and yield rate.
