Abstract:
The invention relates to a filter system (100) for filtering a fluid, which system comprises a filter element (10), a filter housing (108) comprising a first housing part (109) and a second housing part (110) in which the filter element (10) is disposed, and a sealing device (20) disposed between the first housing part (109) and the second housing part (110) for sealing a housing interior (120) relative to the surroundings (122). The sealing device (20) has a seal (24) disposed on a seal carrier (22). To this end the seal (24) bears with at least one radially inner interior surface (18) on a radially outer bearing face (25) of the seal carrier (22) and is supported radially inwards by the bearing face (25), and/or has at least one retaining contour (23) for fixing the seal (24) on the seal carrier (22), and/or the seal (22) has at least one coupling element (36, 46) for connection to the first housing part (109) and/or the second housing part (110). The invention further relates to a sealing device (20) for installation in such a filter system (100) and to an arrangement consisting of a filter element (10) and a sealing device (20).
