Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a filter unit, a filter selection method, and an imaging device capable of facilitating a continuous change in the transmittance of an ND filter and the switching of a filter. When a disc provided with a plurality of filters that includes an ND filter having a continuously variable transmittance is rotated, a filter among the plurality of filters which corresponds to the position in the rotational direction of the disc is placed on the optical axis of light incident on an image sensor. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a filter unit, an imaging device, electronic equipment, a filter selection method, or a program.
