Abstract:
This filter unit comprises a plurality of sheet-shaped ceramic membranes arranged in a parallel manner and spaced apart such that the surfaces thereof face each other. Each ceramic membrane includes a support having a water collecting channel formed therein for passing filtered water and a filtering layer which is formed on the surface of the support and in which solid-liquid separation takes place. The surface of each of the ceramic membranes has an end portion in a first direction, which is secured to a securing part. A coating part that blocks solid-liquid separation of the filtration layer and is layered on the outer side of the filtration layer is formed in a region facing a securing part of the ceramic membrane.
