Claims for protection

1. Filter- ventilating unit with grommet into protective clothing, characterized in that the clothing is put at least on one filter (3) by the help of at least one opening (7) and the clothing is fastened to the filter (3) by the help of at least one grommet (4).

2. Filter- ventilating unit with grommet into protective clothing according to the claim 1, characterized in that at least one seal (5) is inserted between the filter (3) and grommet (4).

Description:
Filter-ventilating unit with grommet into the clothing

Technology area

The technical solution relates to the adjustment of the filter for the filter-ventilating unit for increased safety of the user when using the filter-ventilating unit in combination with protective clothing.

Present condition of technology

At the present time the use of a combination of filter-ventilating unit with protective clothing is realized in two ways:

1) User has the filter-ventilating unit outside of the protective clothing.

2) User has the filter-ventilating unit under protective clothing and filters connected through grommet are located outside of the protective clothing.

The main disadvantage of this arrangement is that it does not allow the user to keep the protected airways during the taking off the clothing, which can cause the thread of user's airways in decontamination zone.

Principle of technical solution

The above deficiencies are largely solved by the constructional design of the filter-ventilating unit in accordance with this technical solution, where the filter-ventilating unit is equipped with a filter, allowing connecting of the grommet through openings in the clothing with the input to the filter. Unit including the filter (s) is protected under the protective clothing and at the time of scanning of the clothing user at first dismounts the grommet from the filter (s), then takes off his clothes, but he still has mounted and fully functional filter-ventilating unit. Thanks to this solution it is possible to overpressure the protective clothing by common filter- ventilating unit in the arrangement with filter-ventilating unit including filters, underneath the clothing, what increases the protection of the user. With the advantage, it is possible to insert into the clothing between the filter and the grommet the seal which will increase the effectiveness of the protection. Summary of the pictures in the drawing

Technical solutions will be closer shown on the drawing where Fig. 1 gives a schematic arrangement of filter- ventilating unit with filters and grommets through the clothing.

Examples of technical solution conduct

Filter-ventilating unit with grommet into protective clothing consists of the filter-ventilating unitI, to which the filters 3 are placed and which are modified so that it is possible to put on them the protective clothing 2, in which there are the openings 7 and by using of the grommet 4 the clothing is put between the filter 3 and the grommet 4 so that the filter-ventilating unitI including the filter/s 3 remains under protective clothing 2, while during the taking off the protective clothing 2 the user first dismounts grommet/s 4 and then takes off the protective clothing 2 and the filter-ventilating unit I still remains fully functional, i.e. the user has continuously protected airway. Thanks to this arrangement it is possible to overpressure the protective clothing 2 by using of the filter-ventilating unit 1 placed including the filter/s 3 under the protective clothing 2, what increases the safety of the user. With the advantage, the seal 5 can be inserted between the filter 3 and grommet 4.

Industrial efficiency

This technical solution is useful for all types of filter-ventilating units with regard to the environment in which thus equipped units are used.
