Abstract:
Provided is a novel filter washing method that outperforms the washing performance of ultrasonic washing. The filter washing method according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a shock wave generation step for generating a shock wave; and a shock wave contacting step for bringing the shock wave into contact with a filter having a filler attached thereto, wherein, as a result of the shock wave, the pressure applied to the filter in the shock wave contacting step is at least 0.07 MPa.
