Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention disclose a filter. The filter of the present invention comprises: a cover panel and a cavity, said cavity opening upward, said cover panel fixedly covering the opening of said cavity, a self-locking tuning screw being fixed beneath said cover panel by means of a self-locking fixture, said self-locking tuning screw rotating to move up and down to adjust frequency, said cavity being a cavity formed via a die-casting process or a cavity formed via a machining process, a resonating bar being soldered by means of solder or bonded by means of conductive adhesive bonding to the bottom of the cavity, enabling said resonating bar to make continuous contact with said cavity. The embodiments of the present invention simplify the process, achieving a reliable and continuous connection between the resonating bar and the cavity, increasing the power capacity and tuning range of the filter, optimizing the communication indices of cavity filters.
