Abstract:
The present invention provides a filter that can easily adjust the frequencies of resonators individually. This filter comprises: a piezoelectric film 3; an acoustic wave resonator 1 that has a functional electrode 4 provided upon the piezoelectric film 3; a capacitor element 16 that is connected in parallel to the acoustic wave resonator 1; and a resonator that is electrically connected to the acoustic wave resonator 1. The functional electrode 4 has a first and a second bus bar 8, 9 that face one another, and a first and a second electrode 6, 7. The first electrode 6 is connected to the first bus bar 8. The second electrode 7 is connected to the second bus bar 9. The filter further comprises a connection electrode 19 that is provided upon the piezoelectric film 3 and is electrically connected to the capacitor element 16 and the second bus bar 9. The capacitor element 16 is composed of the first bus bar 8, an insulating film 17 that is provided upon the first bus bar 8, and a capacitance electrode 18 that is provided upon the insulating film 17 and is electrically insulated from the first bus bar 8.
