Embodiments of the present application provide a filtering apparatus, comprising at least two common mode inductors and at least one differential mode inductor. Both the common mode inductor and the differential mode inductor are chokes having two coils. The magnetic flux generated is mutually increased when common mode signals flow through the two coils of each common mode inductor, and the magnetic flux generated cancels each other when the common mode signals flow through the two coils of the differential mode inductor. One coil of each common mode inductor is sequentially connected in series onto one branch of a differential line, and the other coil is sequentially connected in series onto the other branch of the differential line. One of the two coils of the differential mode inductor is separately coupled between the two branches of the differential line between adjacent common mode inductors, and the ground. The embodiments of the present application further correspondingly provide a filter device and a transmission apparatus. According to the filtering apparatus, the filter device, and the transmission apparatus in the embodiments of the present application, the interference of the common mode signals is reduced by means of a cascade filtering method.
