Provided are a filtering assembly (100) and a machine bed. The filtering assembly (100) includes multiple filters (10), a fixing member (20), and a drive controller (30). The fixing member (20) is provided on a bed body of the machine bed, and is used to fix and support the multiple filters (10). The multiple filters (10) are provided on the fixing member (20) in a rotatable manner. The drive controller (30) is connected to the multiple filters (10) so as to drive the corresponding filter (10) to rotate according to a pre-set instruction to enable light of a corresponding wavelength to be filtered out after light emitted by a lamp tube passes through the corresponding filter (10). Therefore, as the drive controller (30) drives the corresponding filter (10) to rotate according to a pre-set instruction to enable light of a corresponding wavelength to be filtered out after light emitted by a lamp tube passes through the corresponding filter (10), replacement of the filter (10) can be achieved without manual operation, the different needs of users are satisfied, the manpower and time required are reduced, and the manufacturing cost is lowered.
