Abstract:
A filtering device (10) is provided with a filter tank (11), a filter drum (13) arranged inside the filter tank (11), and a driving mechanism (49) for rotating the filter drum (13). A filter element (41) is composed of a porous board (40) whereupon many communicating pores (50) are formed. The porous board (40) is formed in a cylindrical shape. On the outer circumference surface (40a) of the porous board (40), a flow-in port (50a) is opened. On the inner circumference surface (40b) of the porous board (40), a flow-out port (50b) is opened. The communicating pores (50) are formed by etching. The minimum opening section (51) of the communicating pore (50) is formed between the flow-in port (50a) and a middle section in the thickness direction. The opening width of the communicating pore (50) is increased in taper from the minimum opening section (51) toward the flow-out port (50b).
