Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filtering means for filtering water such as sewage/wastewater, tap water, etc., which contain foreign substances like sludge and the like. More particularly, the present invention relates to a filtering means which not only filters off foreign substances such as sludge and the like, but also has a filtering member that can be cleaned by being pressurized, without requiring the disassembly of a filtering column. The filtering column further has a sludge treatment unit which enables sewage/wastewater to be filtered and discharged simultaneously with the cleaning of the filtering member, thereby eliminating the necessity of stopping a sewage/wastewater filtering operation during the cleaning of the filtering member.
