Abstract:
A filter (15), comprising a cylindrical body (15a). The cylindrical body (15a) is formed by radially stacking a plurality of pattern layers formed of wires (16) in a mesh shape. A plurality of folded points are uniformly set at winding end parts (L1) and (L2) by repeating the traverse of the wires (16) and the reversal of the traverse direction of the wires at one winding end part (L1) and the other winding end part (L2). A shortest circumferential distance (X) between the first folded point (B1) and the third folded point (B3) inversed immediately after the traverse direction is inversed at the first folded point (B1) among the plurality of folded points on the other winding end part (L2) is longer than a shortest circumferential distance (Y) between the first folded point (B1) and the fifth folded point (B5) positioned nearest the first folded point (B1).
