Disclosed by the present application are a filtering method and device for a filter, the filter and a storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring a clock input signal and a clock output signal, comparing the signals, and determining a phase relationship between the clock input signal and the clock output signal according to a comparison result; determining a decimal deviation factor according to the phase relationship when the phase relationship satisfies a preset condition; and filtering sampling input signals according to the decimal deviation factor, thereby obtaining filtered sampling output signals. In the present application, the phase relationship between the clock input signal and the clock output signal is acquired; when the phase relationship satisfies the preset condition, the precise decimal deviation factor may be obtained; sampling input signals are adjusted according to the decimal deviation factor, and smooth sampling output signals are obtained. When input data is sampled, relatively more sampling output data may thus be obtained, thereby achieving data sampling in a high dynamic range.
